Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have any control over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.

FilamentBot is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. However, all purchases made on this store are made directly with FilamentBot. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not liable for any transactions, sales, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your purchases with FilamentBot. You release Shopify from any claims arising out of or related to transactions with FilamentBot.

All personal information collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes personal information in connection with your use of the Services to support and improve the Services.
