1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (US Contiguous)
- Orders $50.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping (2–5 business days).
- Orders under $50.00: $7.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping (2–5 business days).
- Non-Contiguous & Remote US (AK, HI, PR): $18.99 Standard Shipping (3–7 business days).
3. Supported Carriers
We ship via trusted domestic carriers including USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery depending on the package weight and destination.
4. Order Tracking & Vacuum Packaging Guarantee
- Tracking: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
- Vacuum Seal Guarantee: 3D printing filament is sensitive to moisture. If your filament arrives with broken vacuum packaging or transit damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a prompt replacement.
