Industrial engineering grade at its finest. eSUN EPA12-CF is reinforced with chopped carbon fibers embedded in a high-performance Nylon 12 base, offering exceptional mechanical rigidity, extreme wear resistance, and significantly lower moisture absorption than conventional PA6/PA66 nylons.
- Carbon Fiber Reinforced: Unmatched tensile strength and dimensional stability with an attractive matte dark gray structural finish.
- Ultra-Low Moisture Sensitivity: Nylon 12 absorbs far less moisture than standard nylon, ensuring stable mechanical performance even in humid environments.
- High Temperature Resistance: Heat distortion temperature up to 130°C+ for automotive, aerospace, and functional robotics tooling.
- Printing Requirements: Hardened steel or ruby nozzle (0.4mm–0.6mm) required. Recommended nozzle temp 280–300°C, bed temp 70–90°C.
