Combine the thermal performance of ABS with the stiffness of carbon fiber! By infusing premium ABS with chopped carbon fiber strands, eSUN ABS-CF significantly suppresses traditional ABS shrinkage and warping, yielding lightweight, high-rigidity structural parts.
- Carbon Fiber Filled: Exceptional tensile modulus and dimensional stability with an attractive matte dark gray structural finish.
- Reduced Warping: Carbon fiber inclusion substantially reduces internal thermal stress and bed peeling during printing.
- High Heat Deflection: Withstands temperatures up to 90°C+, perfect for drone frames, RC components, and under-the-hood brackets.
- Printing Tip: Hardened steel nozzle (0.4mm+) recommended. Print temp 240–270°C, bed temp 80–100°C (enclosure recommended).
